A. Portfolio Submissions

  1. You confirm that you own or have the right to share the materials you submit.

  2. You grant Palette of Sounds permission to publish your name, images, and artwork on the website and related channels.

  3. You can request removal of your materials at any time by emailing info@paletteofsounds.com.

  4. Palette of Sounds may remove or edit submissions that are inappropriate or infringe on others’ rights.

  5. You retain full copyright and ownership of your creative work.

B. Shop & Digital Products

  1. All digital products (e-books, sheet music, etc.) are delivered electronically after payment.

  2. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

  3. If you experience technical issues, contact us for support: info@paletteofsounds.com.

  4. All products remain the intellectual property of Palette of Sounds or their respective authors.
    You may not resell, copy, or distribute purchased files.

  5. We are not responsible for external links or third-party websites connected to our shop.

Liability & Governing Law

Palette of Sounds is not liable for:

  • Loss of data or profit

  • Unauthorized sharing of published portfolio content by third parties

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
